📢 PART A: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document/agreement/understanding is a computer-generated electronic record published in terms of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (amended from time to time) read with Information Technology Act, 2000 (amended from time to time) and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

🤝 LEGAL AGREEMENT BOUNDARY

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between You and us. The Terms, constituted of General Terms and Conditions and Specific Terms and Conditions, govern Your access to and use of services, including payments, technology, software, analytics or any other services, tools or products offered or made available ("Services"). The Services may be offered or made available to You via website, mobile applications, software, APIs, social media, or other access channels ("Platform").

🔑 MERCHANT ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNT

"You", "Yours", "Yourself" or "Merchant" refers to customers, who may be a non-registered individual or corporate body, who register for, use, or access the Platform or Services. The Services provided through the Platform are available and are appropriate only for use in India. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing the Platform or using the Services. By accessing the Platform or using the Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms, including the Privacy Policy.

🛡️ COMPLIANCE, KYC AND DUE DILIGENCE

You shall satisfy the eligibility criteria and provide accurate registration parameters. For undertaking any payment transaction, we may undertake due diligence measures and seek information required for Know Your Customer ("KYC") purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory rules. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself as prompted during the checkout setup pipelines.

❌ PROHIBITED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES EXTRACT

You are strictly prohibited from using the Platform or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or forbidden by these Terms. Prohibited categories include, but are not limited to:

• Adult goods and services, pornography, or sexually suggestive materials.
• Bulk marketing tools, email lists, or software enabling unsolicited spam messages.
• Hacking and cracking materials, manuals, or guides enabling illegal access to protected property.
• Counterfeit, replicas, or unauthorized imitations of designer goods.
• Virtual currency, cryptocurrency, and other crypto products (like non-fungible tokens or NFTs).
• Drop-shipped merchandise, or offering work-at-home approaches with an intention to deceive.

⚖️ GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The laws of India will govern these Terms and Your use of the Platform or Services. If You take any legal action or initiating judicial proceedings relating to Your use of the Platform, Services or these Terms, You agree and confirm to file such action exclusively in the competent courts/tribunals having jurisdiction in Bengaluru in India, and irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts.
